At Way Design, we strive to deliver high-quality IT products and services that meet your business needs. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below to understand your options.
1. IT Products Refund Policy
1.1. Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund on software products, the product must be unused and returned within 14 days of purchase.
- The product must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2. Non-Refundable Products
- Software Licenses: Refunds are only available if the license key has not been activated.
- Digital Products: Software downloads and digital tools are non-refundable once the download or installation has been initiated.
- Customized Solutions: Customized or bespoke products are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect.
2. IT Services Refund Policy
2.1. Consulting and Support Services
- Hourly or Fixed-Rate Services: Refunds may be requested for services not yet performed. For services already delivered, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Ongoing Support Contracts: Monthly or annual service contracts can be canceled at any time. Refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the contract.
2.2. Software Development and Customization
- Project-Based Services: Refunds are not available once the project has started. However, clients may cancel at any stage, and a refund will be calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred.
- Maintenance Services: Maintenance contracts can be terminated with a 7-day notice.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Provide Details: Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the reason for the refund request.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Bank and payment system fees related to the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Cancellations
- Service orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet commenced.
- Service contracts can be canceled at any time. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the contract terms.
6. Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, especially if the product or service was defective or there was an error on our part. Please contact us directly.
